Booking Conditions
All rates are quoted per person in US dollars. Rates are net and inclusive of service charge and 10% VAT. Rates are subject to change according to market fluctuation if necessary.

Confirmation
All reservation requests will be confirmed within 24 hours. When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised in return by facsimile or email within 24 hours. Payment and Booking guarantee

1.   After receiving the final confirmed itinerary from UTO Travel, you will need to secure all services booked for the trip. A deposit of 30% of total payment will be requested to guarantee all bookings 45 days prior to the client’s arrival date. This deposit can be made by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer to our company's bank account advised below. And the final payment will be made 30 days prior to the client’s arrival date.

2.   Full payment can be made by cash at our office or by Bank Transfer payable to our Bank Account, and all bank service charges will be borne by the payee. If payment is by Credit Card, an additional 3% will be added on to our tariff rates (we accept Visa/MasterCard by giving us your card details).

Refund and Cancellation
1.   Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our office in Hanoi more than 30 days in advance.
2.   Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
3.   No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.

Child Rate
Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult).
Between 2-12 years: Sharing room WITHOUT extra bed pay 30% adult fare, WITH extra bed pay 75% fare.

Tour Leaders
Services are provided free of charge (FOC) for one tour leaders with every 15 paying passengers.
FOC for the tour leader is on twin shared basic. Single room can be arranged with single supplement surcharge.
FOC for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.

Guides
All services will be provided with a qualified English or French speaking guide. Other foreign language-speaking guide can be arranged on request with surcharge.

Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost, but UTO Travel can assist you to insure yourself comprehensively for the full duration of your tour. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance.

Liability
UTO Travel acts as an intermediary between transportation and airlines companies, hotels, tourist offices and all contractors providing services for tourists. As such UTO Travel is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused said parties.
