1.How is your Services Quality?

Little Orient Travel provides the majority of private tours, simply just you and your guide.  Even how small or big group is, you can have any questions may you need the answer and really get to know about the country. Hence, you can enjoy your holiday with precious, valuable time and the truth is, you will get a sense of the culture and return home with unforgettable memories.

2.How can I make Booking & Payment?

All bookings are made under your agreements & confirmation for all the related services. All our quotes are in USD. You  can pay by cash at our Office in Vietnam, or by Master / Visa Card by giving us your card details (will be charged from 2.5% to 3% due to Vietnam’s bank policy), or by bank transfer directly to our account.

Once you have agreed & confirmed on your tour programs, 20% deposit of total amount will be made to us, so we can start implementing your reservations. We will return back to you shortly with confirmation when all the reservations are made. The total balance is finalized in advance of 06 weeks before your vacations.

3.Customize Tours

With our wide, deep real experiences & knowledge of Travel Services, we have put some samples of Customize Tours. They can be divided into some kinds of styles which are very appropriate to many new Travel’s Trends, so you can get your taste buds easily. But as they are considered suggestions, the best way is to mail us with your own requirements, any tweaks or changes of itineraries. You get freedom to create your own unique itineraries. Our well-trained staff who have a passion for their countries and for travel, this invaluable local knowledge enables us to recommend the best places on your tailor-made South East Asia tour.

We don’t just send you a program that is mass produced, we listen to your requests and create a new program for each traveler.

4.Day Trips & Short Excursions

It’s such a very easy path to get booked with Day Trips & Short Excursions, is to fulfill the Booking Form with all informations that are required. We will be responsible of making reservations and get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation and ask for full payment.

5.Hotels & Flights

Let us know your travel budget plans as soon as possible! You got your schedule time for travelling, select countries & cities to visit, we can make your holidays arranging with exact needs with fantastic savings.

6.How can I receive my Travel Documents?

As soon as your booking’s confirmed & full payment’s been made, we will send you via email Tours voucher including all the related services: landing tours, hotels, transports… Nowadays, most of Airlines issue Electronic tickets, so it’s really convenient & easy to get them reached to you. They will be delivered to you before starting your trips, otherwise, our local guides will handle them to ensure that you will be in good well-care.   

7.How can I do with special needs of the tour?

If you travel with group of specialty requirements, such as: unique & special transport, children or old people, handicapped person or someone with physical limitations… Please let us know, and we can try our best for your needs.

8.What if I need to change my itineraries or cancel the trips?

If you really need to change your itineraries before your arrival, we can make it done, however it will affect to your tours quality, depending on our network of suppliers to accommodate with. We recommend you to visit to our Terms & Conditions before your trips plan, it clearly states our cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel your programs for any urgent reasons after full payment has been made, we will try our best to settle it up, but due to each of our individual partners. We are therefore willing to solve it case by case.

9.What if something goes wrong, how can I contact you when it’s out of working time?

It’s such a honor to bringing smiles & happiness to clients, and we try our best to make it happen. But there are somethings to be out of our controls. You will be sent Travel Documents before your vacations, it’s included our local emergency contact number, so that in the unexpected event of problems occurring during your trips, we are surely informed that you can always contact with one of our staff anytime you need.

Conversely, you can also provide us your local contact at home to help us make calling in case of problem happening, they will be able to help us much.
